The MAE department supports a Mentorship Scheme aiming at connecting undergraduates with alumni in one-on-one mentoring relationships. The scheme pairs students with experienced alumni who are eager to share their insights about career planning beyond academics. Both students and alumni benefit tremendously by participating in this program. While the students have critical mentorship at the early stages of their career, the mentors have the opportunity to reconnect with HKUST and share with students their extensive life and career experience.
